Parishes & Dioceses

The parish and chancery side runs on Biblori

Agape is built for couples. The parish and diocesan side — sacramental records, canonical review, and chancery oversight — runs on Biblori, our companion platform for Catholic infrastructure. Here’s how it works before you head over.

Why Agape

What Biblori handles for you

Sacramental registers

Baptisms, confirmations, marriages, and funerals — recorded once and searchable in seconds, across every parish in the diocese. No more file cabinets or Friday-afternoon phone calls.

Marriage prep, end to end

The canonical investigation that begins in Agape flows straight into Biblori — prenuptial inquiries, witness affidavits, and document chase handled in one place and accessible diocese-wide for the tribunal.

Chancery oversight

Roll-up reporting across every parish, cross-parish record search, and parish-claim approvals — full visibility for the chancery from a single dashboard.

Getting started

How dioceses get started on Biblori

✦︎ ✝︎ ✦︎
1

Claim your diocese

A chancellor or diocesan administrator claims the diocese on Biblori and invites chancery staff — vicar general, tribunal, and records teams.

2

Approve your parishes

Parishes request to manage their own registers and workflows. You approve each claim and see exactly who runs which records — one license covers every parish, with no per-seat counting.

3

Work from one system

Parishes manage sacramental records and marriage prep while the chancery watches it all roll up in real time. Cases started in Agape land in Biblori automatically.

Pricing

What it costs

Diocesan licensing is Biblori’s to quote, and it depends on how many parishes you cover — a diocese of twelve and one of three hundred aren’t the same conversation. Biblori’s own page carries the current terms.
